Introduction

GymSales is a sales CRM and lead management platform designed specifically for the fitness industry. The platform helps gyms convert prospects into members through automated follow-ups, pipeline management, and performance analytics for sales teams.

I designed the complete platform experience, from lead capture to conversion tracking, creating tools that empower sales teams to close more memberships while providing management with clear visibility into performance.

The Problem

Gyms were losing potential members due to disorganized sales processes. Leads from walk-ins, phone calls, website forms, and social media were tracked in spreadsheets or not tracked at all. Follow-ups were inconsistent, and managers had no visibility into their sales pipeline or team performance.

Sales staff lacked structured workflows, resulting in missed opportunities and inconsistent member experiences. Without data-driven insights, gyms couldn't optimize their sales process or identify bottlenecks in their conversion funnel.

The Work

I spent time on-site at multiple gyms, shadowing sales consultants and managers to understand their daily workflows. The research revealed that simplicity was paramount — sales staff needed quick access to lead information and one-tap actions while on the gym floor.

I designed a mobile-first CRM that prioritized speed and ease of use, with automated task creation and smart reminders that ensured no lead fell through the cracks. The management dashboard provided real-time insights without requiring complex report generation.

The Solution

GymSales features a visual sales pipeline with drag-and-drop lead management, automated follow-up sequences triggered by lead behavior, and a mobile app that allows sales staff to manage leads from anywhere in the gym. The system captures leads from multiple sources automatically.

The management dashboard includes team leaderboards, conversion analytics, revenue forecasting, and customizable reports. Automated appointment scheduling and tour booking reduce friction in the prospect journey, while integration with existing gym management systems ensures seamless data flow.
